Women Who Hike
July 28th - 30th, 2023

Women Who Hike is a nationwide non-profit that empowers women through community in the outdoors. Women Who Hike Wyoming hosts a series of campouts each year that are limited in size and explore special access campouts at Wyoming State Parks and Historic Sites led by interpretive ranger Angelina.
July 28-30 will bring women to South Pass City Historic Site for a special weekend of tent camping in an area not typically open to overnight guests. The weekend of a community will include day hiking on the Continental Divide Trail, a tour of the Carissa Gold Mine, exploration of the historic town, fantastic dark sky viewing and more.
Registration for the event includes Friday evening to Sunday morning meals, activities, camping, etc. Wyoming State Parks has tents, sleeping bags, mats, etc. to lend out to those needing to borrow. Women are expected to take part in the entire weekend of activities.
Registration is required and will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram page, so follow South Pass City on social media for the most up to date information!
