In the Steps of William Henry Jackson

Follow in the footsteps of renowned Photographer William Henry Jackson as we revisit locations he photographed in 1870.  Jackson worked for the United States Geological Service and was the photographer that accompanied the Hayden Expeditions into Yellowstone.  In 1870 Jackson took a series of photographs of South Pass City and Atlantic City.  The trek will visit the locations and explore early photography and local history. 

 

All Treks meet at the South Pass City Dance Hall then travel to remote locations.  Bring a full tank of gas, water, hiking boots and your cuiosity.

 

Treks is limited to 24 People
